I was wondering the same thing myself. This place is like a empty shell...
Unfortunately, the Newsletters appear to be a feature of the past website at this point.
*Bit of an update: apparently an archive of the old Newsletters is being worked on and the Newsletters will continue at some point.
I've been following this, I still don't see it popping up anywhere, be it reddit or fourtheye. Shame really. There are so many newsletters though... it would take some time to compile them all.
WTF is going on?
That is messed up. I really enjoyed them. It was the best thing to read. They really made my day brighter, especially the one that mentioned Cuntry Boner being a smash dance hit back when V is for Viagra came out. That's too bad. Thanks Blair.
I must say, the newsletter were an important part of our following of this band. I have been trying to find a newsletter from this very year on http://web.archive.org.
If you miss the newsletters I suggest going back and reading some old ones.
EDIT: It appears all the 2017 newsletter cannot be located on the posted sight. However, it appears the September 2016 newsletter was updated in the newsletter archive on January 20th. This appears to be the drop off point.
Will there be anymore "TOOL ALBUMS!" I didn't realize that 10,000 days was foreshadowing how long it would take for another tool album.
Now, I understand that good art can not be forced. But at the same time, look at everything Maynard has done during the time since the last tool album. Clearly, when there is focus, there are results. I still find new things in each previous tool album everyday. Something I hadn't hear before, or some new thought that came to mind as I was listening to a given song. So I am appreciative of all the effort the band has put into the previous art. At the same time, life is short, and I want to enjoy has much Tool music as I can before I transcend to another dimension.
Believe me, when you send something up the aether to soak in the soup of creation, it takes time to filter make down the tree.
