Hopefully they take the NIN route and force people to purchase tickets at the box office so ticket websites stop scamming the people.

Does anybody understand why the Exclusive studio photos/clips are blurred out? It says they are only for TOOL Army members but then when you log in again everything goes blank and nothing loads.

Where did it advertise TA members get presale tix? That would be a nice change but I don't see it happening. You'll get access to $500 VIP tix before the public though. As long as the new album delivers I will probably get one. Hopefully we get to hear it before buying more US tour tickets

Yeah, I got a presale one year... and had access for maybe one other thing. Other than early access to the VIP events, nothing much, not even new presales.

I can't even see the "exclusive content" because it says I need to be a member. I've been a member since, what, 2005??? What gives?

And no more exclusive shop for things like signed vinyl??

I got so many presale tickets and VIP events, and I met so many amazing people. I got to meet Danny and Adam, all through Tool Army events ... it was worth the $100.

Yeah, I've been around since 05' too, TA needs some work. Maybe when the new album comes out they'll do something to the "fanclub" website. Don't hold your breath though...

I see that if you are a member prior to Nov 2015 you will be honored, but I guess that is not the case. I have been a member since 2007.

I've been a member since '03 but due to lifes ups and downs fell out of this. I was excited when I remembered about it and went through some effort to get access again, but ya, not impressed so far. I don't have access to anything because it wants me to log in, even though I am already logged in. And after re-logging in, it takes me to a black screen. I've spent a lot of money on tool merch in my life. I really hope something changes in the near future, but I'm losing faith...

+1. I signed up when the site was launched but have not logged in for a while. If my membership is "grandfathered in", why can I not see the "exclusive content" and why does it ask me to log in even though I've done so? I have not lost faith yet, but I also don't expect much without having to spend more $. Of course "I sold out long before you ever heard my name

Yep, shot an email to customer service and they updated my account within 24 hours. Hopefully they add more content, not sure why it’s $50 a year currently.

Send an email to fsdsupport@fullscreen.net explaining your issue and they'll take care of it. Just give them some time to respond and resolve the issue (a week or two).
